So, as I begin, I just want to say thank you to Val and the committee for inviting me to speak today and I am really excited to be on platform with the crew, my Spiritual teacher and mentor Sheila. Sheila was the one who started me on my Spiritual journey back in 2010. I am so excited to see Kaylene up here. I have wanted Kaylene to be on Platform for such a long time – no pressure whatsoever. And Jennifer too. A great combo.

Love
Love makes the world go around or so they say, but when you look at the world there is not too much of it going around is there. It’s a shame when you cannot see that love starts with you first. So, what can we do about it. Well, one must learn to love oneself which is not an easy task. Being able to look yourself in the mirror and say that you love you, warts and all.
