The Present
We are all given a right to live a life of our choosing. We have determined before we came back to this earth plane what it is we are wanting to learn or be challenged by. The path as individuals can be very winding or straight forward but, whichever one is you, the result for your efforts matters not, for what you do or have done is to try to find love, the love that is right for you.
Some may have many challenges in finding love, to others it seems to come easy. Why? Could it be that they have found the secret to finding love? There are probably quite a few of you that look to the past and think you had the love of your life, but you were disappointed as love was nor returned. Many will be looking to the future thinking that their love is waiting there for them, not necessarily so.
We are so busy looking back to the past and then to the future that we are forgetting the present. Perhaps those who have found love the first-time round have found the secret to love. The secret being, to love oneself first. How can you love another person if you do not have love in your heart for self.
We have forgotten we are made in His image, and he is love; therefore, we should have love for self. So, as you continue to look for love everywhere else remember that we are all love and we are all loved. Love is in us now, in the present and that is why the Present is also called a Gift. Remember it is a gift to self to love and cherish you, only then can you truly love one another.
